*Formal Hall Bookings*
From the start of Lent term 2012 the system for Formal Hall bookings for Graduate Students will be changed to make spaces available in advance on a weekly basis. Places will be released for booking online 2 weeks in advance from the start of Lent term 2012.

Spaces for the first Formal Halls on the 17th and 24th January will be made available for booking TODAY, Tuesday 3rd January 2012 before 10:30am. Then every Monday from then on, for all Formal Halls during Full Term, the Catering Office will release 60 spaces, to be booked on a first come, first served basis.

*Private Group Bookings*
20 additional places are reserved for private bookings. Graduates need to book and pay for these places between 14 and 7 days before the Formal Hall in the usual way (group booking form is attached). Bookings requested outside of this period will not be processed. Spaces are available on a first come, first served basis only. If you book for a group, you need to pay for your own ticket.

*Cancellation of Formal Hall tickets*
 If you've booked a ticket, but you cannot attend, you need to cancel the ticket until midnight on Sunday before Formal Hall (on Tuesdays). To give other students a chance to book the ticket before the booking deadline, it would be helpful if you could cancel tickets as early as possible and inform the other Graduates via the MCR facebook page.
