entertainment BOOKING and PAYMENT: 1. To pre-book your ticket, please email me, Natasha
Carli (nc367@cam.ac.uk) with: a) your name and surname, b) dietary
requirements, c) preferred method of payment (please include ALL these
information). 2. IF you receive an email from me, confirming you have been able to
pre-book your ticket, payment MUST be received BY 9pm on TUESDAY 28th
February, otherwise pre-booking will be CANCELLED, and your ticket will be
assigned to people on the waiting list. 3. You can pay the ticket in two ways. Option a) you can pay the ticket by
cash to me on Tuesday evening – please bring exact change (I will be at our
Formal Hall). Option b) you can leave a cheque in my pigeon hole (in an
Envelope, with your name); cheque made payable to "Murray Edwards Graduate

See event description from Churchill: Hear Ye, Hear Ye. Noble Knights and Fair Maidens of the MCR, the honour of your presence is
requested at our 'Churchill Renaissance' themed guestnight, to party like
it's 1399! The festivities are due to take place on Saturday the 24th March 2012
between the hours of 7pm and 1am. But Lo! Be sure to book soon, places at
the feast are sure to sell out quickly! The evening's activities shall include a formal banquet in hall, some
traditional dice and cardplay at our famed Churchill gaming house, and of
course, plenty of singing, dancing and all-round merriment with the fair
patrons of our favourite freehouse. Fancy dress for this fine event is very much encouraged! Get creative with
those costume ideas. Be it a nobleman, a court jester, a lowly tavern
wench, or going all-out and dressing as one of your all-time favourite
classical artists/philosophers. Awards shall be given to the best dressed
patron. As always our smiling tavern folk will have a range of drinks specials to
suit the occasion (both alcoholic and non) and a range of ales and spirits
to suit all tastes. Tickets for this grand occasion are priced at the very reasonable price of
fifteen pounds each and shall include dinner, pre-dinner drinks and plenty
of entertainment until the early hours of the morn. Pre-dinner drinks will
be served in the MCR starting at 19:00 and dinner will start at 19:30. We look forward to seeing you then. —————————————
